How we differ from other tennis schools

The main concept of our tennis school is to set such a training plan that will generate the highest long-term effect. Our primary goal is that the level of performance of our clients increases adequately with their enthusiasm and physical possibilities. Your satisfaction is on the first place, but we also emphasize the optimal exertion of musculoskeletal system. That is why we also do activities such as compensation exercises, additional physical exercises and creation of a personal diet.

The inseparable part of the training is the possibility to analyse the game with usage of modern technologies (high speed cameras, electronic tennis rackets, personal computers and more).

We emphasize the good feeling from the game and from the exercise itself when training both juniors and adults. When training children we focus mainly on development of a positive and permanent relationship to tennis which they will play either actively or only recreationally for the whole life.
